York County Health Coalition - End of Life Partnership
York County Health Coalition (YCHC) began in 1996 as a group of over 40 businesses, agencies and individuals working to make York County a better place to live, play and do business. It is a 501c3 non-profit organization. In February 2004, the End of Life Partnership was formed as a task force of YCHC. The End of Life group meets monthly with a mission of enhancing the quality of the end of life process for York County citizens by doing programs and presentations throughout the community.
